The Origin

The story behind the system.

For a decade I built products in digital health and mental healthcare designed to change behavior at scale. I learned something most systems miss: the gap is not a knowledge problem. People are not missing information. They are missing a working system for converting what they know into how they consistently show up.

I kept solving it for companies. The gap kept showing up in the people building them.

I went through a long pattern of rupture and return. Each time I came back with more awareness. Each time the coping mechanisms that had carried me got more brittle. The last episode was the longest. It forced the deepest work. What I found underneath was a root I had not fully named: performance-based self-worth and the things I had made unspeakable.

That work changed everything I thought I knew about sustainable performance.

Identity shifts when the body is included, not just the mind. Sustainable contribution is built from the inside out, identity first, then strategy, then output.

I pursued the Heroic coaching certification and workshop instructor program not to add letters after my name but because I needed the framework and the community. I know this world from the inside.

I built Signal Dojo because I needed it myself. The same operating system I used to build and ship products at startups and health companies, applied to the one product most coaches, consultants, and founders never build systematically: themselves.
